    This will include your insurance details, health history, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals—so we can tailor your first session to what matters most.

  • Initial Consultation

    I know—it can feel weird to see a dietitian. But this is a judgment-free zone. I’ll meet you where you are, and I won’t take away your favorite foods or make you feel bad.

    Here’s what we’ll actually do:

    Talk through your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you're facing with weight or wellness.

    Create a plan that fits you—realistic, respectful, and no extremes

  • Ongoing Support & Coaching

    Your first consultation is a great start—it’s where we lay the foundation, understand your story, and begin to explore your goals and challenges.

    But real change happens in the follow-up sessions. Most people benefit from working with a dietitian for at least 3 to 6 months to build sustainable habits and see real progress.

    This time frame allows for:

    ⚬ Adjusting nutrition strategies as life happens
    ⚬ Building self-efficacy
    ⚬ Addressing setbacks without shame
